Terms of use

The ground rules for early access, in plain language.

SiteProof AI helps organizations check contractor progress claims against site evidence, record decisions and keep an audit trail. It is early-access software. Where a pilot agreement exists, that agreement takes priority over these terms.

SiteProof supports decisions; it does not make them. The analysis step reports what it observes, the rules check the evidence, and people in your organization decide what is verified and what is paid. Software outputs, including risk scores and payment recommendations, are decision support. They are not engineering, legal, financial or accounting advice, and they do not certify the condition of any structure.

The current build uses a simulated analysis provider for demonstrations. You are responsible for deciding when a result is reliable enough to act on, and SiteProof never moves money.

Keep your credentials secure and use the service only through accounts you are authorised to hold. Organization owners decide who joins their organization and with what role, and are responsible for the people they invite.

You keep ownership of the data you and your team enter and upload. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photographs of people or property.

  • Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
  • Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the service to falsify evidence or misrepresent a contractor's work.

The service is provided during early access without a guaranteed level of availability, and features may change. We will tell you before changes that materially affect how your data is handled.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The contracting entity and governing law are set out in your pilot agreement.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.
